Jiu-Jitsu Instruction            7:10PM to 8:10PM

Jiu-Jitsu Conditioning       8:10PM to 8:40PM

Open Mat / Sparring          8:10PM to 10:30PM

Fridays

Open Mat / Sparring          7:00PM to 10:30PM

Saturdays

Jiu-Jitsu Instruction            12:10PM to 1:10PM

Open Mat / Sparring          1:10PM to 4:30PM

Class Descriptions

Jiu-Jitsu Instruction:   Students receive instruction in Self Defense and Jiu-Jitsu techniques and then practice these techniques while the instructors help them and correct any mistakes.

 

Jiu-Jitsu Conditioning:   This is an anarobic conditioning session that is designed to prepare students for the rigorous cardiovasular and muscle requirements of a real life self defense situation or a jiu-jitsu competition.  Anyone looking to get in great shape should do this.

 

Open Mat / Sparring:   During this time students spar with other students and the instructors.  This is full on 100% sparring and what most folks consider one of the most enjoyable aspect of Jiu-Jitsu training.  Instructors are generally present and available to answer questions.
