Jiu-Jitsu Instruction: Students receive instruction in Self Defense and Jiu-Jitsu techniques and then practice these techniques while the instructors help them and correct any mistakes.
Jiu-Jitsu Conditioning: This is an anarobic conditioning session that is designed to prepare students for the rigorous cardiovasular and muscle requirements of a real life self defense situation or a jiu-jitsu competition. Anyone looking to get in great shape should do this.
Open Mat / Sparring: During this time students spar with other students and the instructors. This is full on 100% sparring and what most folks consider one of the most enjoyable aspect of Jiu-Jitsu training. Instructors are generally present and available to answer questions.
